A dent and scratch. This damage inccured a refurbishment recharge of £175+vat. Prices have gone up to £205+vat. You have to look at the distortion on the reflection to be able to detect this dent, the car also has to be clean to ensure these are found. It can be very difficult for drivers to find damage like this but lease inspectors have no trouble. This is why we recommend a pre-return inspection.
