These stone are through to the primer leaving the panel prone to rust. This was deemed by the lease Inspector to be unacceptable. These stone chips are are clustered in an area of about 5cm and for this
the customer incured a recharge of £45+vat.
A touch up paint would cost about £6 and it would only take a few moments to paint these in which would be enough to avoid the devaluation recharge.
