scuffs, scrapes & scratches are now having a higher impact on residual
values than ever before..."
And with new cars becoming more reliable every year this trend seems set to continue. This is why the lease companies are encouraging people to check their cars before returning them, some are even sending out inspectors first. They don't want to surprise you with a bill any more that you want to get it.
Have piece of mind
Have you ever wondered how many drivers/companies have fallen out with their lease company or boss over a bill they didn't think was theirs. If you have dents, scrapes and scratches, get them repaired properly before it goes back. So that you know where you stand before your goes back you can check it yourself or have an independent inspection. We can advise you on what is acceptable and what is not according to the guide lines -- we can also advise you of the best repair options.
Where do I start?
Start by talking to your lease company and watching our videos. You can pop in and show us your car on Wednesdays or Saturdays and we'll give you free advice. Or if you can't get to us, you can send photos to 'Ask the Experts' and we'll answer all your questions -- and you can download our inspection sheet and inspect the car yourself, and don't forget to refer to our lease return guide.
If it all sounds like too much effort, then you'll be glad to hear that we offer full lease return inspections. You can even leave the car with us, let us sort it out, and have the lease company collect if from here!
We also save you money
We take the guesswork out of returning your lease car. Our advisors were trained by the British Vehicle Rental and Leasing Association to apply the Fair Wear & Tear Standard which is the industry standard used by the leasing companies. We provide you with an Independent inspection report listing all the damage, some of which will fail, some will be fair wear and tear. We also make a report with recommendations as to which damage you should have repaired. This is the point where our experience and expertise saves you money - we take an overall view of the car and recommend the most economical way to proceed.
No obligation, no risk!
Simply bring you car to us for an inspection and we'll tell you what we think needs to be done. You are under no obligation to do what we recommend, or even to have it done with us. There is no pressure and you are welcome to take the report away and take advice. In fact, we recommend that you call your lease company to discuss it with them. Our aim is to save you money, if we can't we will refund the cost of the inspection. No win, no fee! [more]Lease Services Guarantee

Just wanted to feedback as I couldn't take your call while I was abroad. I didn't get charged a penny for any damage on the car although they did try and sting me for £3800 for returning the car a year early. This was their clerical error and soon sorted though!
Many thanks for a job well done."
